Contact lens is a wonderful accessories to have nowadays. Not only it can correct your vision with prescription lens, it can also enhance your eyes and change the color of your eyes instantly without much difficulty. Those contact lens that enhance and change your eye color are generally called cosmetic contact lenses. They are mostly clinically verified safe to use and designed for cosmetic use.

12. Do not sleep with your lens.
13. Remove your lens when you are swimming.

1. Makeup up foundation
Makeup foundation in the form of powder can irritates your eyes while you are wearing contact lens. This is really common when using loose powder around the eye area hence use pressed foundation if possible in order to eliminate the flying powder. When applying your foundation take extra precaution around the eye.
2. Eye makeup
Water proof eye makeup is recommended when you are wearing contact lens.
Wearing contact lens may sometime make you tear up and this water will mix with your eye makeup and it will be disastrous.
Furthermore if you tend to wear contact for longer hours, your eye may need eye drops and this will also affect the makeup. A water proof makeup will remain steady for the entire events or day.
3. Mascara
Choose Mascara that is safe for you and you will not have any allergic reaction if the mascara falls into your eye.

4. Removing Makeup.
Remove your lens before you remove your makeup. Use damp cotton wool or tissue carefully to remove any makeup around the eye.
